What products do you sell?

We specialize in power semiconductors: IGBT modules, intelligent power modules (IPM), thyristor and SCR modules, diode and rectifier modules, bipolar Darlington modules, MOSFET modules, semiconductor fuses and power supplies from Infineon (Eupec), Mitsubishi, Fuji Electric, Semikron, Toshiba, IXYS and other manufacturers.

Can you find discontinued or hard-to-find parts?

Yes. Much of our business is obsolete, end-of-life and long-lead-time parts that are no longer available from franchised distributors. If a part number is not on our website, send us an RFQ anyway – we will check our sources.

How do I get a price?

Send a request for quotation (RFQ) with the part number and quantity, or email sales@uscomponent.com. We reply with price, availability and lead time within 24 hours.

Are your parts new and original?

We sell new and original parts. Every order is quality-checked before it ships.

How long is the warranty?

All parts come with a 30-day warranty.

How fast do you ship?

In-stock parts ordered before 2:00 pm Central Time usually ship the same day. Parts that we need to source typically ship in 3 to 4 days; your quote shows the lead time for each part.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide by express courier, and you receive a tracking number when your order ships.
