CM25MD-24H Description

The CM25MD-24H from Mitsubishi Electric is an IGBT module with a 1200 V / 25 A rating. It is built with a PIM layout, with the input rectifier, brake chopper and three-phase inverter in one package. Typical uses include motor drives, servo amplifiers, induction heating, welding power sources and grid-tie inverters.
