BSM25GP120 Description

Infineon Technologies (formerly Eupec) makes the BSM25GP120, a 1200 V IGBT module. The module contains a PIM layout, with the input rectifier, brake chopper and three-phase inverter in one package. Engineers use it mainly in the inverter section of motor drives, as well as in UPS, welding and power-conversion equipment.
