PM75CSD120 Description

The Mitsubishi Electric PM75CSD120 is an intelligent power module (IPM), rated for 1200 V and 75 A. The module contains six switches arranged as a three-phase bridge (6-in-1). It is mostly used in small and mid-size AC drives and servo amplifiers, where built-in gate drive and protection save board space.
