STTH1210D Description

STTH1210D is a 1000 V, 12 A rectifier diode made by Semikron. It is used in input rectifiers, freewheeling and clamping circuits, battery chargers and welding power sources. Many of these parts are still in service in machines built years ago, and a direct replacement is often the fastest way to get one running again.
